My name is Nandini Ravichandran and I am the chef curating your meals and experiences at V-Nourish.

I am a professionally trained plant-based chef. I trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and completed the Plant-Based Culinary Arts Program with top honors. Following my graduation, I worked at a well-known plant-based restaurant in NYC, Divya’s Kitchen, which focusses on incorporating Ayurvedic principles into plant-based dining.

Subsequently, I worked as the Recipe Development Lead for the restaurant’s retail products. In addition to restaurant experience, I have curated meals for private clients, hosted pop-up dinners and contributed recipes to leading plant-based magazines, such as Thrive Magazine. I have also worked as an assistant chef for private cooking classes. I have experience working as a food stylist for brand photoshoots and have assisted on cookbook and cooking videos production.

I am also a duly admitted New York State attorney and have worked as a corporate attorney as well as a program lead with a public service law firm. After a health crisis that changed my perspectives on life and career goals, I chose to pursue my passion in the kitchen professionally and that led me on this journey.

A lifelong vegetarian, I have answers to many of your questions about plant-based cooking. I believe that vegetables have inherent properties that can be manipulated in innumerable ways – and I can help you unlock fresh and flavorful meal ideas, no matter where you are on your plant-based food journey. Finally, I promise to make you think beyond over processed ‘meat alternatives’ available in the market – a diet based on plants is a diet filled with abundance, innovation and will leave you satiated with a full belly!
